Thomas J. Finucane, Esquire
Principal

 

Thomas J. Finucane concentrates his practice in the area of municipal law and estate litigation. Tom is a graduate of Georgetown (Law School and University) and is a past president of the Franklin County Bar Association.

Tom is the Chambersburg Borough Solicitor and acts as special counsel to other municipalities and authorities. He has practiced before various courts of common pleas, Commonwealth, Superior and Supreme Courts of Pennsylvania, the Federal Middle District of Pennsylvania and Third Circuit Court of Appeals. He also has practiced before numerous administrative bodies including the Pennsylvania Department of Environmental Protection and United States Environmental Protection Agency.

Tom and his sister, Eileen Finucane, were partners in a civil law practice, Finucane Law Office LLP (formerly Wingerd and Long), which merged with Salzmann Hughes in 2008.

Civic Interest
