Ann F. DePaulis, Esquire

 

Ann F. DePaulis concentrates her practice in the area of corporate and business law. She is a graduate of the Dickinson School of Law, having completed her degree in the top ten of her class. Ann handles real estate and business development issues with a special emphasis on commercial real estate. Her prior experience with a large Philadelphia-based law firm (Duane, Morris, and Heckscher) involved significant real estate and asset acquisition transactions including securing necessary financing.

 

At Salzmann Hughes, P.C., Ann is responsible for drafting and reviewing contractual agreements involving various municipal projects and private client needs. She also served as the Chapter 7 Bankruptcy Panel Trustee for Franklin and Fulton Counties. Ann has experience in employment law and has represented several employers before the Pennsylvania Human Relations Commission on employee disputes.

Civic Interests

Ann is an active community volunteer and participates regularly with the Abbotstown Food Bank, Adams County SPCA, and charity walks and activities including the ALS Walk and the American Heart Association fund drive. In addition, she focuses on youth and school leadership with organizations such as Abbotstown Cub Scout Pack 3127, the St. Joseph School Home & School Association, and Project Safe Surf – an internet safety program for children coordinated by the Pennsylvania Attorney General’s office.
