Salzmann Hughes, P.C. is known throughout the state for its land use practice. Our representation is diverse and includes counseling public and private organizations and companies on compliance and permitting issues, as well as litigation.

Agriculture is one of the leading industries in the Commonwealth and Salzmann Hughes, P.C. is actively engaged in representing the interests of Pennsylvania farmers statewide. Our representation of agricultural interests includes challenging onerous local zoning regulations, representing farmers in nuisance disputes, assisting with CAO, CAFO and NMA compliance, preferential tax assessment appeals, farmland preservation and estate planning for farmers where large tracts of agricultural real estate are involved.
